      I don't often review, never this soon and mostly to b*tch. This is different...Sciatica on left side and recovering from right knee replacement...8 weeks ago. There have been no comfortable positions and sleep suffered accordingly.Last week I bought a full-length knee pillow. It helped somewhat but too soft and I kept losing it. So to this style small, targeted and with a loop to gently secure to one leg. It came yesterday.Game changer! Best night in a long time and woke late, pain free! Oh, and I know I fell asleep on left side and woke on right. Works both ways :-)

      At first I was a little worried because only part of my address appeared on my "bill". I contacted them immediately to correct the error which they did. I also was worried that I would not receive my cushions before I left the US so I paid extra to expedite the delivery. It worked wonderfully. And I must say I noticed after the first night a decrease in my back pain. I really like the cushions and customer service was on top of it from the beginning; Well done and thank you. I will recommend for sure.
