So I figured I'd give this one a try since it's also low profile. In all honesty, I love this belt. It's made with high quality material and has a strong velcro, which is great! Pain is definitely reduced, or eliminated. For me, it's a relief once it's on. The strangulated nerves can begin to heal from the compression without a belt. I've been using this daily and it takes a lot of emotional stressoff me as well. I tend to get depressed when I'm in pain. Although it may not look like much, the relief I've experienced after long trips has been significant. I have a pinched nerve in my lower back and frequently take long car trips. This belt has provided support for my hips, reducing the back pain considerably compared to trips without the belt. I was at a point where I was willing to try anything to alleviate the pain, and I'm thrilled that I no longer have to consider steroid injections.

To be honest, I wasn't expecting much from this belt due to its narrow width, but it's actually helped my back quite a bit. I can really tell the difference when I take it off. I've given it 4 stars because it's not as supportive as the wider bands, but it does get the job done.

I purchased this back support specifically for playing pickleball due to my SI joint issue. Unfortunately, it didn't provide the relief I was hoping for. It was quite annoying and kept slipping out of place, regardless of how tightly or loosely I adjusted it. It just didn't work for my needs, and I had trouble keeping it in the right position during my games.

I'm genuinely amazed at how well this product works. I've been dealing with pain running down the side of my leg, especially when sitting or using a wedge to read in bed.
