Undo the velcro and get in a comfortable position.
Decide if you would like to use the additional strap extension part in between the attachments. (recommended for wider thigh sizes)
Attach the two sides of the strap together, to your preferred tightness, with the velcro.
Done! Easy as that.
(Feel free to experiment with different levels of tightness and ensure it's not too tight to prevent affecting the blood circulation.)
