Terms and Conditions

The purpose of these terms and conditions is to set forth the modalities under which RP Development sells products (hereinafter referred to as "the product(s)") to its customers through the website www.joololo.com (the "site").

RP is a micro-enterprise with its registered office located in Vitry-sur-Seine. Email: contact@joololo.com (hereinafter "RP Development").

Accepting these general sales conditions ("GTC") implies the client's full and unconditional adherence to these GTC.

All orders on the Site are subject to these GTC, which may be modified and updated; the conditions applicable to a product order by a client are those in effect on the date of the order.

Purpose

These GTC exclusively govern the sales made by RP Development of the products offered to buyers who are consumers (hereinafter "client(s)") on the Site and specify the conditions of order, payment, delivery, and management of possible returns of the products ordered by the clients.

The GTC are binding on the client who declares to have acknowledged and accepted them by ticking the box "I accept the General Conditions of Sale" before proceeding with the online order process.

Client

The site's client must be a consumer, a legally capable adult individual. The client must open a client account at the time of their first order on the site. For each order, the client must fill out an order form specifying certain mandatory fields so that their product order can be considered by Joololo.

Joololo reserves the right not to proceed with an order if it does not come from a client meeting the above criteria.

Products

The essential characteristics of the product(s) are presented on the site within each product sheet. If the client has any questions, they may contact Joololo by email at: contact@joololo.com

Order Process

To place an order, the following steps must be respected:

• The client browses the site and adds the product to their cart, specifying the desired quantity.
• The client checks the nature of the products added to the cart.
• To delete an item, the client must click on the cross icon or the trash icon, and to change the number of items, the client must adjust the quantity using the + or - icons.
• The client can then finalize their order or choose to continue shopping.
• To conclude the purchase contract and finalize the order, the client must fill out the order form and provide the personal data necessary for the order.
• The client must choose their delivery mode.
• The client must choose their payment mode.
• It is the client's responsibility to verify the details of the order and particularly the total price of their order taking into account the price of the Products, the terms, the Product especially in terms of quantity.
• The client must read and accept the GTC.
• The client proceeds with the payment.

The prices of the products are indicated on the Site in euros.

The client is responsible for verifying the accuracy of the information they provide.

Joololo reserves the right to refuse, cancel, and terminate orders at any time for legitimate and legal reasons.

Joololo will also be entitled to refuse any order made by a client with whom there exists a dispute regarding the payment of a previous order as well as any order that does not comply with these GTC.

In these cases, Joololo will inform the client by phone or email.

In the event that the products presented on the site are no longer available or for sale at the time of sending your order, Joololo must promptly inform you, and in any case, before thirty working days from the day following your order, of the possible unavailability of the ordered products. In case of payment of the price, Joololo will refund you the full amount advanced for the unavailable products. The contract is deemed concluded upon receipt by Joololo of the order after verification by Joololo of the accuracy of the order data.

After validating your order, a receipt notice will be sent by email to the client, containing a summary of the order information (essential characteristics of the product, price, payment methods, right of withdrawal, delivery times and costs).
