Cancellation and Refund Requests: If a customer, following a failed delivery attempt due to an incorrect or incomplete address, decides not to pay for a second shipment and instead requests a cancellation and refund, a restocking fee of 25% will be applied. These fees will be deducted from the total amount of the refund to cover the logistical and processing costs incurred by our company due to the incorrect information provided. This policy is in place to ensure fairness and to partially recover the costs generated by the failed delivery attempt.
