Would you like to exchange or return your purchase? We're happy to help! You can return up to 14 days after the delivery date.

Any order cancellation by the Customer will only be possible before the confirmation of the order.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

In the case of a defective product, we will not ask you to return the product. We commit to resending your order express. If you do not wish to receive a second product, we will ask you to return the package to the address of our reception center, at your expense.

To make a return, you must present us with a receipt or proof of purchase.

To return your product, you should mail your product to our main warehouse in France. Please email us at contact@joololo.com for the delivery address.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. 
Shipping costs are non-refundable. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

Customs Duties: Please note that all international returns may be subject to customs duties, which must be paid by the customer. These duties are imposed by local customs authorities and are not covered by Joololo.

If you are shipping an item over $25, you should consider using a shipping service that allows you to track the shipment or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive the item you return.

Refunds (if applicable) Once we have received and inspected the returned item, we will send you an email to confirm that we have received it. We will also inform you of our decision to approve or reject your refund request.

If your request is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 2 to 5 days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable) If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, as there may be a delay before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at contact@joololo.com

No compensation can be claimed by the customer in the event of a delivery delay.

Exchanges (if applicable) We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If in this case you wish to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at contact@joololo.com

Cancellation and refund requests following a failed delivery attempt due to an incorrect or incomplete address: If a customer decides not to pay for a second shipment and instead requests a cancellation and refund, a restocking fee of 25% will be applied. These fees are deducted from the total amount of the refund to cover the logistical and processing costs incurred by our company due to incorrect information provided. This policy is in place to ensure fairness and to partially recover the costs generated by the failed delivery attempt.

Gifts If the returned item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
